My approach is different.

 

Rather than spending our time repeatedly analysing the past, we work gently with the deeper patterns that continue to shape how you think, feel and respond today.

 

You don't need to have all the answers.

You don't need to tell your whole story.

You don't need to perform or get it right.

 

Together, we begin where you are, creating a safe space for lasting change to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

Meet Debby

For nearly 30 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life's most challenging seasons.

 

As a Registered Social Worker, I've worked across child protection, mental health, addictions, disability, family violence, and health. Over the years, I kept noticing the same thing: many people were working incredibly hard to change, yet still found themselves returning to the same painful patterns.

 

That question stayed with me.

 

It led me to continue learning, exploring approaches that work beyond conscious understanding and support people in creating meaningful, lasting change.

 

Today, I bring together nearly three decades of professional experience with a compassionate, gentle approach that meets people exactly where they are.

 

It's a privilege to do this work, and I'd love the opportunity to walk alongside you too.

What to Expect

You don't need to prepare.

You don't need to have the right words.

You don't need to tell your whole story.

 

We'll simply begin with what's bringing you here today. Together, we'll gently explore what feels most important, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
